'Attentionality' is one of the core teachings by Baker Roshi. He developed the term to describe an ability/modality of mind that goes beyond attention.
COURSE DETAILS:
START DATE OF THE MINI COURSE: October 21st, featuring a pre-recorded talk by Baker Roshi that you can watch or listen to at your convenience.
DAILY PRACTICE SUGGESTIONS: On the following days, you will receive short audio recordings each morning focusing on the exploration of Attentionality.
COURSE CULMINATION: The course leads directly to the live event "New Beginnings" on October 27th.
By participating in this mini-course, you'll have the opportunity to explore Attentionality deeply and see how you can integrate this teaching into your daily life.
