Having breakfast with you, my friend, is the beginning to a lovely day. This breakfast and sometimes dinner is one of my daughter's and my favorite. I would love to see you do more of these as your videos are always so calming and entertaining. Thank you for the prayer which is always appreciated. It was so refreshing to hear your ideas on marriage as my daughter has held to those beliefs as well and is waiting for God to open the door for her and the man He has for her. Again, thank you for another relaxing, informative video. Blessings to you and your mom. (BTW The plane ride was when Sue won the tickets to New York. ("Hecks on a Plane" ) The upgrade to first class made me so uncomfortable as everyone acted so "Hecky". I also cringed when they would argue and yell throughout the plane like they were still at home. This was also where Brick found the Menopause book and was in the closet reading because of course books were left at home along with the blue bag. Too funny!)

What was that like as a man of such strong faith? At the time of recording that episode, were you experiencing doubts or major questions about your faith? Was it easy to act that way since your faith was so strong? I’m so curious since I now love watching your videos and seeing that faith is such a big part of your life. Hi Atticus! My husband and I are here watching/listening as we get ready for church. As soon as you said Trader Joe’s we both smiled at each other. We love that store! We recently moved so the closest Trader Joe’s is about an hour away. We now have TJ’s (that’s what we call it) dates! We go, pick out some fun snacks and go have a picnic. 😊

Really enjoyed this video. I don't like gristle either. Once I get some it is almost hard to finish eating. I feel the same way about fat on meat. My family used to tease me because I would take so long to eat meat. I have to pick it apart and eat it bit by bit making sure I don't eat any. The only exception is crispy bacon. The sandwich looks very good and has me wanting to make one. We make a lot of bacon, egg, tomato sandwiches at my house. I like to add cheese and miracle whip to mine. I also can't do runny yolks. I have always thought of them as runny baby chicks. If I see the slightest sign of runny, in the microwave it goes. I like Swaggerty's all natural preservative free sausage. There is no msg and it doesn't taste like sage. I hope we get to see more cooking videos!

I'm not vegetarian but I love those morningstar patties too with an egg on top, or sometimes those hashbrown squares as the base, and fried okra on the side. Probably not the best healthwise but I do shallow fry with olive oil to try and compensate, ha. Or sometimes just a toasted english muffin with butter. Seems we have similar breakfasts tastes 😊

Yes to elevensies! We have ours when working on math in our homeschool. Really ups our energy level for slogging through numbers. Also, we love breakfast for dinner at our house. Honestly, that is when I have more time and wherewithal to cook it. 😊 This all looks so yummy! Edited to add I really cracked up at the government cheese reference. 😅 Sigh. I miss my cheese from the living in a van down by the river days, but, sadly, I am becoming increasingly lactose intolerant. I can still eat Babybels thankfully.
