GREAT GAME! This video reminds me of the 717--718 epic siege of Constantinople (today, Istanbul), when a Muslim Arab army -- trying to conquer Christian Europe -- was defeated in several land and sea battles near the city. The Byzantine Army-plus-Navy cooperated with the Bulgarian Army, led by King Tervel (Saint Trebelius="The Savior of Christian Europe"), and defeated the Muslim Arab invaders. In one battle alone, the Bulgarian heavy cavalry annihilated 23,000 Muslim Arab warriors.

Actually there were 15000 Byzantines and about 25000 Bulgarians that fought around 85000 Muslims. However the real winner was the super cold winter that year. The Arabs weren't prepared so thousands died due to having no winter clothes. That was what really broke them.

it is vanilla, there are 2 versions of each map, to swap between the versions you swap between small and large settlement

Yes, ..no mod is needed, where you choose your map there is a setting for large or small settlement, choose large settlement to get the triple wall

It's a video game, not every country exist within the video game. You can't spawn defenders behind attackers in a total war siege. I stay within the limits of single total war battle. What you ask for is impossible.
