I always found it hilariously ironic that Justin Barcia accused Tomac of being dirty when his own claim to fame is being unnecessarily aggressive and Tomac is one of the cleanest racers in the class.
@jasonwiggins61372 жыл бұрын
BS, Tomac has taken out Webb and Roczen, and let alone Dungey, who he ran into, slow down just to hit him again.
@thomaslopez74372 жыл бұрын
@@jasonwiggins6137 He has never taken out Roczen. And he was simply trying to bunch up the pack of lead riders at Vegas 17 to give Dungey a higher chance of placing 5th or worse… Dungey was the one who put Tomac in that position by having Musquin pull over for him the previous round, thus giving him an extra 3 points
@jasonwiggins61372 жыл бұрын
@@thomaslopez7437 "simply trying to bunch up the pack." Is that your measure of a clean rider? Don't answer that, your response is just as delusional as every Eli Fanboy's. Any excuse for taking out Webb? You're out of your mind if you think Eli is one of the cleanest out there. It's extremely comical the nonsense that comes from anyone defending Eli Tomac. Please, for the one thousandth time, tell us all how many Championships he would have if he could just get those darn starts down with consistency. Trust me, Tomac has brought forth more laughs than Barcia.
@thomaslopez74372 жыл бұрын
@@jasonwiggins6137 Don’t know why you’re so angry about this and calling me a “fanboy”. I think I’m looking at this fairly objectively, I’m sure a lot of Webb, Roczen, Anderson, or Dungey fans would agree with me. Heck, I am a fan of a lot of other guys, not just Tomac. And about championships….Barcia hasn’t won a single 450 championship. Tomac is about to have 5 premier class titles between SX and MX, a feat that not many can say they have. So it’s a little bit interesting to use titles as a way to diss Tomac, as he’s the winningest active rider all-around. And I never claimed that he’s never made a dirty pass. I do know the Webb takeout you’re talking about, it was at Daytona in 2018 I believe in a heat race. Okay, that’s 1 takeout we can actually agree ever happened. I can’t even think of half of the guys Barcia has taken out since his career began.
@jasonwiggins61372 жыл бұрын
@@thomaslopez7437 Lol. I'm not angry. Like I stated, it's funny. I have seen the most ridiculous arguments from Eli's fans. Even Damon Bradshaw's fans are not this clueless. Yes, you will have fans agree with you, but you are in the minority on the Dungey incident. Eli stated prior to the race that Ryan and KTM should be ashamed for winning the title without not having the most wins. What planet is he from? He literally said that he would never race dirty and then went out and did what he did. He's a hypocrite. I honestly don't care about Barcia, and I hope your claim as far as Eli being the best, is currently.... He is not, or ever will be, the greatest like so many of his fans believe. He doesn't have the starts, the lap times, titles, or consistency to come close.

Couple of thoughts... Musquin and AC9 are two of the coolest riders out there. Hoping Adam uses that speed and stays upright to grab a 450 title. Kenny, who I love, is the opposite of attitude. If he'd be more aggressive he'd have a supercross title by now. I can't wait to see Forkner and the Lawrence boys battle it out for years to come. Can we get a video just on this season focusing on Malcolm, Anderson, and Barcia...And how their "attitude" combined to cost Jason the championship. Maybe throw in Gumby Sexton's crash, after crash, after crash, and how he personally took himself out of it unassisted 🤣🤣🤣.

It was hard to watch MM25 pull over like that to let RD5 win. I get it, KTM told him to and I'm I'm sure there would have been some sort of repercussions if he didn't but that sucks to see

I wish the championship would have come down to those points. I feel it would have forced AMAs hand in setting rules for that sort of thing. They charge money for us to watch races, and allowing cheating isnt the way to run a sport. This isnt wwe, the winner isnt scripted. Dungey did beat tomac flat out that year tho, so no hard feelings.

@thomaslopez74372 жыл бұрын
@@alanguiver3983 Like McLovin said, if MM didn't pull over for Dungey, the points gap going into Vegas would've been 3, meaning Tomac could have simply won Vegas and win the title based on a wins tiebreaker. Tomac had won I think 6/7 races heading into Vegas, so the odds would have been in Tomac's favor. MM pulling over for Dungey effectively changed the championship probability from 50/50 (if we're being generous) to around 90% in Dungey's favor.
