Think it would of helped the jury if a witness from the FEC ( Federal Election Commission) came in and answered questions and described the difference between between a Legal expense and a campaign finance expense.

The way the judge instructed the jury more or less was you don't have to find him guilty of all as long as all of you find him guilty . I think they may have just won the election For Trump. 😊

You mean with a fair judge who follows the law? Of course Bannon is going to jail. He was lucky to be out during appeal. But it was an open and shut obvious case and there was nothing to rebuke on appeal. Peter Navarro went to jail for the same thing. Jim Jordan should too.

Okay see now you're acting stupid This isn't considered a campaign contribution now I have you look at it or dice the tomatoes it's not second of all a campaign contribution is not a state crime it's a federal second what's a state crime is supposedly a bookkeeping clerical era which in all aspects technically is a misdemeanor but the funds were paid directly to his lawyer and put it down as a business expense it wasnt a lie The stature of limitation on that particular crime is 2 years This was what 10 years ago so what they did is try to attach a federal statute crime to a state so that the state crime can be brought up to a felony You can't do that no matter how you look at it it's never been done so why start with Trump? Third they didn't have to agree the jury on the underlining crime meaning the federal crimes they just had to see that a crime may have occurred they don't have to agree on a particular crime that's I going through a buck and just picking out something that's wrong You see everybody seems to forget every single president has done 10 times worse than a book keeping error cuz that's what this is supposedly no other president has been charged with anything matter of fact when Obama became president they were encouraging him to charge Bush and Cheney he chose not to and says the path is forward and not behind us when Obama dropped a bomb and killed all those civilians that the next president turn around and say well we're able to charge Obama he killed no the path is forward but you turn around to Trump now and say everything he's ever done let's charge him and let's charge him around election time that is wrong nobody covered up a campaign contribution because it was not
