The new can't come in when the old is blocking. Few of such videos tell you that you must clear old baggage, fears, worries, etc . Make a list and systematically clear layer after layer. No amount of affirmation will be effective when your old blocks are still there. Unfortunately few site mention this vital step of LOA. Clean house first.

in first story I heard of series: How I attracted my ex back --- number 37 the storyteller tells of how she spent a day journalling all her "stuff". * Some of us have more of it than others! 😉 There's a great article on "pathway to happiness" website about "pain body" and mind parasites, and how these get in the way of doing a consistent practice. (For example: The mind attacks when we start making progress and tells us: It's not working, or We don't need to do the work for a while ... etcetera!) * Agnes has talked about how she used to be ... so I think she's been through a lot of it herself: knows it from inside. *

Can you answer this because im confused. Someone I once loved wanted to kill herself and broke up with me. She's been in two relationships since then and im alone. She doesn't seem like she has self love. How is she able to attract relationships? While im struggling using these affirmations daily to where im pulsating. I fell in love for someone since then. I poured so much love and prayer without any expectations. I keep getting rejected over and over. I've been rejected so much. The last one was brutal. After she rejected me I was walking to my car and as I was leaving I here my name being yelled. It was her daughter running to me to tell me how much she loves me. I wanted to just fall dead right there. I had to push back and swallow the pain of tears. I went to a party and the girl who was suicidal was there and her kids spent more time talking to me and seeking my attention then her new boyfriend. Kids gravitate towards me. I can't handle this constant rejection its chipping away at my soul......Now Im scared about receiving affection more than i am being rejected. Wth am I doing wrong.

Iris takes practice - that thought is a habitual, repetitive fear thought. You have to decide you won't do that to yourself anymore and then practice doing another thought. That is about "I am second best, unloved and unwanted" that come from you not from him. It takes decipline to change it but you can -

+requinremembers yes, I have a friend who says "Karl loves me" she says it over and over......so why not? Feels better than thinking and feeling someone doesn't love you. Activating it (if it feels good to you) I believe is a wonderful thing to do! I do think really feeling love for self though is really really important, since like attracts like and radiating our own love within IS the power

I think activating your own self love first then doing that also is a wonderful way to feel great and see what unfolds. It's a damn sight better than longing and neediness for love which as we know doesn't give us what we want it repels it.

I actually like, "I am loved" w/out putting anyone on the end of it because it can be self love, God love, love from friends, from a special someone, etc. All of the above. All love is good and there's less resistance leaving it open to allow more in, esp at first.
