Nagfile na din Ng petition sister niya na U.S citizen sa kanya Meron na po siya Priority date. Ask ko lang po kung mapapabilang siya sa deportation? At kung oo ang sagot may mga depensa po ba Siya sa case niya? Salamat po.

hello po attorney ,green card holder po kaming mag asawa,mag one year na po kami dto sa colorado ,tanong ko lng po kong pwede na naming mapetition ang anak kong babae na single mom,dpo sya nakasal kaya lng may anak syang 10 yrs old na,na gusto nyang isama ,pwede po bang magfile na ng petiton para sa kanilang mag ina?thank you po.

My wife and I together with my youngest daughter of 20yrs old this 2024 has been documentarily approved as of Nov 20, 2024. How soon is our interview date at the US embassy Manila? and how would the CSPA applies to our youngest daughter of 20yrs old turning 21 this Dec 15? I applied for my daughter as "to accompany" me and likewise with my wife and was approved. Hence, documents submitted were approved. Highly appreciated your comments. Thanks

Good day po Atty. Elaine. Nasa NVC na po yung application ko at nagbayad na rin po kami ng sponsor ko for F4 visa. Sa application ko kasama po doon yung anak ko pero at this time po 23years old na po sya. Malaki po ba ang chance na makasama namin sya in case approved na po yung immigrant visa ng family namin? I filed a petition po for my unmarried daughter when i was stiill greencard (F2B)and approved na po yung i-130. Priority date po is June 2018. Nag US citizen napo ako nung 2022, automatic po ba na magiging F1 yung category? If not, what do I need to do po. Thanks
