Hello po sa Iyo Attorney. tanong ko lang po paano po yung nabigyan na ng US Passport yung bata pero ang Mother ay CW1 at yung Ftaher naman ay matagal ng walang papers undocumented na po for very long years. Babawiin pa po ba yung US Passport ng baby nila? maraming salamat po

What if the mom is lawful permanent (greencard holder) and the dad is undocumented? What is the EO take on that?

I think as long isa po sa parents legal ang document hindi sila kasama sa exec order kc PR naman
