Atul Subhash Case: Abuse of Laws, Feminism & Power Hierarchy

Laws should be gender neutral. You are justifying murder of Atul Subash citing low participation of women in workforce. Shame on you. When nirbhaya was happen in 2012 during RG kar all men came to streets and we're beaten by police for demanding justice. I haven't seen a single woman except deepika bharadwaj , jyoti pandey ,barka trehan who protest. Both nirbhaya and RG kar happened during during reign of female CM. When in hyderabad a woman was murdered and raped badly with few days natural justice was done with criminals , in Assam natural justice was done few days ago in Dimapur also natural justice was done. But in rule of woman head of the govt perpetrators are shielded. And u are giving excuse to justify murder of Atul . Shame on u

Women also need to understand that if you're no longer with your husband, why do you need HIS money? Doesn't that harm your self-respect that you're surviving on someone else's money with whom you've no relations?? Would you accept money from a stranger? I guess not, then why would you from your ex-husband?? He shouldn't be liable to your expenses(talking from a relationship perspective, not from legal perspective) after you guys are divorced otherwise what's the purpose of divorce? What's the difference between separation and divorce then if he's taking care of your needs despite not being in a relationship with you??

Nahin dude. That's not the right way to look at things. Some men have been doing these things for such a long time in marriages, there are so many men who used to leave their wives in village, and have 2nd marriage in the city where they went to work, that does not mean that we say that everyone is doing that. Modern married men have a lot of affairs as well. Yes ethical and moral judgement is very important for both the genders, but not giving economic freedom is not the right way to go. It was never for men, it should not be for women either.
