Only embezzlement, murder or beating causing disability cases should be criminalized. There is a good solution for this problem. On lying to court one law is required, the lier should be sentenced to 10-20 years of imprisonment. This will stop all the misuse of any kind of law, whether it is gender bais law or sc/St act, etc..

A Shame on Indian Judiciary as developed countries like USA, Canada had to release travel advisory about 498A misuse to its own citizens to be careful when travelling to India. I am not so sure that crimes against women are still so high in ratio vs crimes against men. (Rather false dowry, molestation, rape etc cases. by spurned or wrathful or greedy women. ) Society has changed rapidly in just the last couple of decades and status of women has risen very rapidly in society vs men who are starting to struggle proper now. Women doing better in academic achievements vs men since decades now. (Passing percentages and ratio of toppers too now) attitudes regarding women have changed rapidly too in families or in workplaces. They are doing better under the age of 30 vs men too in careers. Patriarchy is a myth anyways but a gynocracy has dawned!

I think we should include the moral values and ethics chapter at school level and some education on emotional intelligence. People don't know how to live in a marriage relationship and behave with family members. They are failing to handle their relations due to lack of empathy level. First thing, we should try to focus on creating our society in such a manner that we don't need to go to court. Second,the law has to be made to punish the culprit whether it is male or female. Strict and transparent laws can be helpful for false cases.

Peshkar paisa leta raha ki summon Kara dega lekin nahi hua. In the end 3rd judge aaya aur file padh k bola case rejected. Appeal kareni hai to high court jao.. 3 saal 3 judge aur hua kuchh nahi.. paisa aur time waste

same for me , wife file ne mere divorce file karne ke kuch mahine baad same 489a ka package lagaya hai, no evidence, now she is asking 1cr + 1.5 lakh per month whereas she years 16L per year in IT , case going in remote place Jalgaon, marriage happened in Jaipur, we lived in Pune. Main thing that matters is can child be given to Grandparents. Unfortunately child joint custody is not as per Indian lay and wife gets custody, and father gets very less time. Divorce is impossible for man but easy for women by so many false cases. Indian hindu men has to live without child full life but pays lakhs of Maintenance.
