If the law(the product) says that you can loot an ATM without any implications then the lawyers (salesman) would make you aware that there is no law to penalize you. In today's world, money is more important than morals. The lawyers earn their income (salesman commission) from that. The judges earn "extra" income. Finally, the women get a lottery. 😀

I don't see any laws comming that actually gives relief to men in such cases. Political parties are too much obsessed with their vote banks and WOman are a big VOTE BANK. No political party will show the audacity to bring in such laws that will annoy woman and hence their vote back will deplete. Woman are not just using the laws in family disputes but also if we see in corporates we see the same. The very recent case being the attitude of woman in the Indian Armed forces. Cases are different...judges shud use basic logic and see it on case to case basis...hiw can a husband who is well settled and earning good, can ask for dowry from a wife who is herself from a lower middle class family....??? How can the judge just believe so easily that the parents of the girl although from a lower middle class have soent 10 lacs on marriage..???? How can the court just believe whatever the wife writes in her complaint...??????? STRANGE.......😮😮 Instead of just following the wrong routine of just favouring the women...i feel court shud atleast use some basic sense and see it on case to case basis .

Well if a girl leaves her job to take care of household and she does it for years then it is a given that she will be in a bad position if she were to return to job market. In this situation, if the husband initiates a divorce, who might've advanced his career a lot over the years because of the help of wife, and he leaves the wife, you can argue that the wife was defrauded as if she herself had focused over her career, she would have had a good standard of living independently and future career prospects after the divorce. That is the logic behind it.

I'm not an ATM - This is what it boils down to.... Leave aside matrimonial cases, Rape cases are getting " settled" - obviously NCRB statistics gives testimony that 76% of rape cases are false.... And now with BNS 69 introduced, it will be really great - you don't get pay hike - file rape case, you don't get promotion--file rape case and walk away laughing to the bank with entire "retirement fund" into the kitty paid by the VP of the Company.... Everyone cribs about how Indian Judiciary is burdened with the number of cases. That's because filing a fake case has absolutely no consequences. Make a law which says if a woman is found guilty of misusing any law, she won't be granted any alimony or child support and see how these fake cases get withdrawn. But it won't happen because the man's lawyer and woman's lawyer and the judges, the police and everyone involved bited a piece of the pie which is alimony given by the husband. We can't expect them to change laws because that's their bread and butter. Things will never change unless Supreme Court decides to do so and even then, most of the judiciary will oppose this.

Your brother sister and father may loose their jobs because if u in court the case is posted in public and companies won’t give jobs to those whose name is in FIR. And your sisters husband will threaten to push her out of home because of the cases your wife files on them. And by any chance your brother/sister are preparing for govt jobs they can stop preparation caz with name in FIR they will not get job or if they are in US/UK their passports will be blocked. And your wife can claim 50% of your assets, and your fathers assets caz you hv share in ur fathers money, and she has share in ur money. Basically your life is ovr.
