Hey Paul, you think? I've never had an issue with the stock plastic ones. rocks, logs, never had a problem with them. but I'm going to inspect them and if they have a hole I will probably replace with aluminum ones. which ones do you have?

@@Maritimer i have the Rival ones from Royal Distributing on my 18 Renegade... When I had my Yammy Warrior they were a must... we tend to ride fast on the trail and sometimes you cannot react fast enough... This is nice piece of mind... It adds weight but worth it.

Dude! You are making me fall in love with New Brunswick! I live in Newfoundland, near St.John's and we do not have maintained trail networks like that in this province. In fact, most municipalities have prohibited the use of all-terrain vehicles within their boundaries. It's a sad and close minded mentality but it's the product of the disrespectful use of atvs and dirt bikes by some teenagers. I am very envious.
@Maritimer
@Maritimer 4 жыл бұрын
Hey man ! We'll I love NL ! haha that sucks, what about your rail bed trail that crosses the province? that's a massive network of trails.... it's too bad SJ's is so backwards... that's how the Halifax area is.... the government is so backwards. and don't worry we have our fair share of assholes here too... burning shelters and out houses... smashing windows, stealing…
@scottfurlong5475
@scottfurlong5475 4 жыл бұрын
@@Maritimer The railway bed is accessible from Seal Cove/Holyrood area and further west. It's not maintained as it's in terrible condition in many areas. Nothing east of that, all taken for community walking trails. The city of Corner Brook began allowing atvs on designated roads last season and have expanded on that this summer. They are a forward thinking community but also a days drive away from me. It's sad and senseless when infrastructure get vandalized. We have to become ambassadors for the sport and prove we are better.
@Maritimer
@Maritimer 4 жыл бұрын
Ahh man that's brutal ! is there no ATV club? that may help to try and get sme trails or some maintenance for the trails you have. I'm familiar with NL, I worked installing the Fibre Op there in SJ for like 5 months then I went to Deer lake/Corner Brook for another 3 months. I have family in Sops/Jackson Arm NL.

Awesome ATV camping trip and tour, it sure is beautiful up in Canada. I can relate with you that a camera does not capture how steep a hill can be while riding your quad. I was on a ride a few weeks ago and it was so dang steep that it looked level on camera lol. Good looking Tacos! I agree with you that store bought stuff is not good at all. It's much better to make a homemade blend. I'm a soft taco kind of guy with the cheese on top. Cheers! As always a great video. You folks have amazing trails. I really like the Polaris app as well but would like it if there were spots of interest marked on it but other than that it works great. I agree on the Nine Locks beer. I`m in Dartmouth and my son lives in Shediac N.B. so I picked up a mixture of them when we finally were able to visit him, my daughter in-law and 10 month old grandson once the Atlantic bubble happened a couple weeks ago. Wanted to get him some brews from home and Frig Off and Dirty Blonde were a couple I picked up. We enjoyed them a lot but I bet they would have been even better in a setting like you had them.
@Maritimer
@Maritimer 4 жыл бұрын
Hey man ! thank you ! glad you liked it. Yeah it's a pretty decent app, and the price is right haha that a good idea for the places of interest. I usually drop way points so I remember the spots. and They might be shareable... I dono. haha yeah maybe the river water and campsite made them taste better LOL I think Nine Lochs makes one of the best beers, there IPA and Double IPA are good too (but they are a heavy beer haha) My parents were able to come to NB too to see the baby, it was the first time they've been able to see her. I'm glad we have the bubble.

22:58, In Montana USA, you have hills too buddy...... that tent is pretty big, be good for you, the wife, the little one and Wendell. And if weather isn't best, you can stay inside... the third side, you said it was probably the floor... could it be the big side where you were standing... and you just have the ground as the floor?? if so, you could put a tarp down...would be a good thing to have is bug nets, hang them up instead of the sides. still get the breeze but no bugs. cheers from Montana my friend..... and Cheese on bottom, on a warmed flour tortilla.... just cause you asked.... nice dig on Josh..... haha and 42:35, Squatch... nice...

Just watching all your old videos and being a new quad owner learning a lot here and there....thanks! I just purchased a '21 Kodiak 450 EPS SE and have so far added a front rifle rack, Powermadd hand guards, light bar and rear cargo box....will probably run with the stock rubber and upgrade in a few years. Do you air up and down when on different surfaces? How stiff do you run your shocks? Thanks!

Hey man ! congrats o the new machine ! my shocks are set to the stock ride, I like it. I run between 3-4lb in the winter and 4-5lb in the summer.
