Suzuki Z400 GNCC RaceR Project Part 1 The Build Quad Builder Episode 6. In this Suzuki Z400 Quad Builder project, Dave Trimble turns a fuel injected Z400 into a cross country race machine. In part 1 the machines receives a Yoshimura exhaust and Pin 2 fuel manager, HLS revalved stock shocks,, and a DuraBlue Eliminator Axle upgrade the chassis and suspension. UM Pro Peg nerf bars, skid plates, SX bumper, and grab bar add protection and style. Finally the controls were updated with Fasst Company Flexx handlebars and Spider grips. Man i wish that sport quads would make a comeback. Yeah there are other fast 4x4s and sxs but nothing beat a lightweight and fast quad. Dont get anybetter

Probably sounds corny .. but mysterious thing about those blue axels for the suzuki z400... fuel ejection is a more economical option but those 10 cent washers really do make up the difference... after a long weekend, the inside joke is "In God we trust."

The z400's could hold their own as an xc racer if you modded them right. The frames have some serious weak spots so gussets are needed badly. If you go with aftermarket cams, the valvetrain will need beefed up. Then changing the shocks, a arms, and swingarm out. They made pretty decent power with just the pipe/jetting/air intake changed. A good rider could hang with 450s in the woods all day on one.

I have two ltz250s. I replaced both carbs and can’t get them to start. I’m new to the mechanic world, as I’m an electrician ;) I just wanna get them running for my son. I’ve cleaned the tanks out and put new gas. I cleaned air filters. I charged batteries. They turn over. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi, I have a LTZ 400 2009, exactly the same model and year it shows in this video, but i think it's too high which makes it more dangerous in curves. How did you lower your LTZ? What is the secret? I need to exchange a-arms or suspensions?

Wider=lower also you can order a lowering kit, but you may have to adjust your suspension accordingly

Rui Chaves we think the Predator 500 was a bit underrated. It's fun, stable, in the suspension works pretty well. The Fuji motor is a bit slower revving like an old-school 4-stroke but still fast enough to have a good time. The Z400 had a window of extreme popularity. It's a bit lighter and more Nimble feeling. The Suzuki has good suspension but the first generation was perhaps not quite as stable as the predator. If you're looking at doing modifications in the future, there are a lot more aftermarket parts available for the Suzuki then the Polaris. We would perhaps be a bit more likely to go with the Suzuki although if you can find a really nice Predator at a low price it could be worth considering. If you have any more specific questions feel free to ask.

man 300ex are nice but in the racing industry 400ex,450r and raptors and also banshee are the only thing that can be race ready for the track 300ex can't even catch up too any race quad out there that's why man
