I miss both Shannon and Duncan as a couple they were good together especially with the harriett character hanging around them I was working most of the time so I don't know why the writers broke them up for some reason those two always reminded me of either Cass and Kathleen or Cass and Frankie on another world . But I did get used to Duncan and Jessica after awhile hope the show kept them together towards the end of the soaps run .

I love the way Marland wrote Jessica and Duncan storyline. I was upset when Shannon reappeared. Clearly Duncan had fell in love with Jessica and the fact they shared a child together. They both gave up a lot for their love. I understand Duncan concern for Shannon, but sometimes when a child is involved and is a interracial child, you owe that child love of a family especially when that child was conceived in love! He shouldn't feel guilty about not finding Shannon since he moved heaven and earth to find her. Life goes on and Duncan find love again with Jessica the bright, beautiful. Smart and compassionate strength.

Why is Iva so selfish with Aaron? It's not her child-she has one with John now. She'll still see Aaron since Holden is her brother. She waited too long.
