Your efforts are praise-worthy. Can you tell me? for vacuum evaporation for the very large volume of juice what size Hp pump is used for the concentration of juice. This will be costly and you have developed a low-temperature evaporator that may be on a Solar energy heat bank and plow back to regenerated heat in forward effect. But your juice extraction is very very backward that is why the color of Gud is very very bad which will never be accepted in the market. I am in this for 25 years in this field. Sir if you extract with added water, you get more extractions but quality of jaggery can not be maintained. Power is also indirect fuel. Please share it's ecomonics with quality. Engineering is OK.I know your plant had been not produce good quality jaggery. I think that your process is not right as well as equipments. I want to discuss regarding process.

@@arjun14singh I have discussed with Shri K P Singh sab he said about gur quality at Chalisgaon SEDL plant reports and also discussion at UP gur mahotsav. I am also process person and projects. Jaggery is major challenge about quality and self life. That's why it using in wine inplace of eating.

Since this technology is new and mostly untouched by most of the process person in the industry.
