ITA Airways - New A350 Business Class - Flight Rome Fiumicino to New York JFK

ITA Airways flight AZ610 from Rome Fiumicino (FCO) to New York City JFK. This is ITA's new business class on board of the brand new Airbus A350-900.
I have to say that ITA Airways is really investing in its business class product and it's paying off. I'm not saying this because ITA is sponsoring me. I paid for the flight myself.
The truth is this was a great flight! I really liked the A350 and the seats and the configuration of the business class cabin. Food was great! And the cabin crew was friendly.

Thanks for a great review. ITA business class looks really nice. I love the livery and the food looked amazing. How did you find the cabin crew? I noticed another review of this product didn't rate the food or the cabin crew's attitude very well. Would like to know your thoughts.

To be honest, I didn't interact a lot with the cabin crew. The female flight attendant who served lunch spoke very good English and was quite polite and friendly. I have to say that on another ITA flight, I was welcomed aboard by the purser. She introduced herself, explained that she is responsible for the business cabin service and offered a welcome drink. This time the drink was brought by one of the flight attendants.

Maybe the cabin crew should try to engage a bit more with the passengers. As fas as this particular flight is concerned, I'll rate them 7,5 out of 10.

Hello Dim,wonderful flight report mate.ITA is in course of continuous improvements leaving all Alitalia's problems behind.The only thing I don't like in business class is that I don't have a contact with the beautiful engine or wing of this marvellous aircraft.cheers

The bathroom is surprisingly basic with the cheapest sink and toilet paper at a cabinet instead of toiletries - very poor even in comparison with Lufthansa, not even mentioning BA and middle east airlines

I like ITA livery very much, it is stylish and attractive. But livery is the only thing well designed. The business cabin is very standard, with no colours, no designed entry zone or passenger self service bars. Even Alitalia was leaving a brighter impression
