I've been beat up by cops. I probably will never get justice. The first incident was in 2020 and the second in 2022. Both times everything was blamed on me and I was wrongfully accused of things I didn't do like kick an officer. I'd of gone to jail not the hospital if that had been true. Instead the cops beat me up but blamed everything on me. I was literally chucked into the back of a police car HEAD first plank style after being dragged down 32 concrete steps without shoes by an overly aggressive and overweight male cop. My life took a nose dive after this abuse. I of course was blamed for everything and haven't received A dime in justice nor even an apology. I'll be pushing daisies before any of that happens.

They think police employees have a high possibility of getting away with murder. Few years ago a middle aged black man was sitting in a car at a parking lot. A policeman was coming to the car and the man opened his door and ran about 20 Feet off the lot and on the road. The cop shot him in the BACK. The cop was acquitted. The black man had not committed a crime and there was no warrant out for him.

Law enforcement IS NOT above the law except the deputy in Pueblo West Colorado who took the life of a man in just 2 minutes. Why did the man die? He mistook a car similar to his mothers by opening a door and looking suspicious.

Let me see if I understand the judicial process: he gets to appeal, and during the appeal he is free as a bird. At sentencing, he is given credit for time served and gets the absolute minimum sentence and probation for 3 years (he has to make a call once a month). After few months, his conviction is reduced to a lesser crime and he walks. Did I miss anything?

Defense arguing to keep this CONVICTED MURDERER out on bail until sentencing is a joke tbh, the fact he has stayed out of jail for 5 years is mind boggling in the first place, but now he has been found guilty by a jury unanimously on all counts and they are seriously trying to argue to keep him out is just ridiculous. Jail him immediately!!. Justice for this victim and all the others.

911 - What is your emergency? Caller - Yes, I don't like my neighbor, can you send someone over to kill him for me! 911 - Sir, you do know that soliciting to have someone killed is against the law, right. Caller - Yes I do, that's why I called the po-lice, so you can do it for me and blame it on officer safety!

Were it you or I, we'd be on our fifth year of imprisonment for murder. Here we are in the middle of 2024. Revoke qualified immunity across the board. We need real men as police officers, we need men that don't mind being held accountable for what they do or don't do. Real men. We do not have that now.
