A 14 year old shouldn't have to ask permission to eat or have a snack. She imprisoned him and then abused him. Timothy had no power, no control, and I believe he was confined because she was afraid he would run away, and showing the world how he had been abused by his mother and sibling. I am shocked that his brother went along with her demands. At some level Pail had to know this was wrong. Also, after the father died, why wasn't there an investigation as to who now had custody of Timothy, especially because his mother was not supposed to have custody. She's still trying to justify her cruelty to her own son. Right at this moment, other children are being abused by someone that is supposed to protect and love them. People, open your eyes. Ty Stephanie for pointing it out...people who have cognitive disorders cannot make good healthy choices for themselves, among other they crave sweets and junk food. It is their caregiver's responsibility to "control" this ill self-destructive behavior..to help them by keeping them away from junk (that worsens their condition) and to provide healthy options. If the patient chooses to take it! Blaming a caregiver for doing so and accusing her of starving her child when she locks the source of food to keep her child's cravings under control is rather ignorant, rude, and pardon my honesty, insane idea. Labeling it an abuse and torture is gently speaking "foolish" misunderstanding showing lack of knowledge, experience and willingness to do what is right.🤷♀️ it is not justice.

Unfortunately, you're wrong, it's not "unimagineable", it's VERY clear what he went through, it's pretty well documented. When you call people like this "evil" you give such actions an other world connotation, sign away part of their responsibility for their own actions. She is: Self obsessed, narcissistic, controlling, mean- spirited, deeply unkind, uncaring, devoid of conscience & unquestionably - DEEPLY SELFISH! All of the above are decisions... choices she has made & keeps on making & even if she came from an upbringing of terrible cruelty, yes, it could quite easily have made her less empathetic & more detached & cruel in her own thinking, BUT, it's just as likely to have the opposite effect & make a person want to give the love they never received & not use corporal punishment because that's what they had to endure! People are not either good or evil. We all have a choice of which road we want to travel. We can be kinder because of what we've seen or experienced, or punish the innocent for what was done to us! We can indulge our nastiest side, & inflict it on others, or bring out the best parts of ourselves & share them. Unless there is a serious mental problem, which makes "normal" patterns of thinking practically impossible, without medication. There is NO Excuse for anyone who makes another human being suffer like this & certainly not for an adult who does this to a child!! Every time she says "he passed", I loathe her more & actually want to punch her lights out! (& I'm not a violent person!)... People need to stop sanitising situations like this by using less - straightforward, less - honest, less - direct, words, to describe the truth! SHE should NOT be allowed to keep saying that he passed! Like it was some gentle, unpredictable, release! She NEEDS to be made to say "he died", "he is dead"! etc.. That's one very tiny step closer to taking responsibility for what actually happened! SHE tortured him to the point that it caused his death! He is dead & SHE KILLED HIM!
