I understand German, he probably didn't even raised his hand once. He just needs to get one, then it gets easier. I grew up helping my Dad at dealer auctions, he was great at it. But it took me a while to make a purchase myself, I still remember it was a 1990 4runner in New Orleans.

@GroundedFlyboy7373 жыл бұрын
So Craig, you did pretty much throw German into the deep end while he's still learning how to swim. As easy as it is to make money at the auction, it's probably easier to lose just as much, if not more. $20K is a bunch of money for anyone, and I respect German for taking the conservative approach. I do, however, throw kudos your way for starting to include German with the more technical, financial and vital aspects of your business. As for the Raptor, I think you dodged a bullet. By itself, a Raptor is an amazing truck and highly sought after. Same for the Roush F-150, a killer truck in looks and performance. When you combine the 2, I think you're entering the same incredibly small niche market as you had with the Saleen Mustang. Had you decided to keep it as a toy, that's a different story. But for resale, a Raptor modified by Roush just throws up some of those same warning bells you're always talking about. (Especially with that high mileage.) I consider you lucky the guy decided not to sell. Another great video Craig, best part was you getting to hang with your Grampa, way cool.
