Car movie to watch - King of the Mountain with Harry Hamlin and Dennis Hopper. Wide body 356 vs 63 ish Corvette. 80’s cheesy, but great street race scenes.

Happiness is a warm gun...Driver's ed class was mediatory in Ohio (C.1965) to gain a certificate of a passing grade to present that certificate at DMV. So all you needed to do was take the written test. Which we were given in Drivers ed class too. Plus.. It gave fathers a discount on insurance. And at 16, every father could use a discount on their son or daughter's insurance. Our instructors were all certified by the stae of Ohio at the time too.

It would be great to hear your take on the higher BAT fees that have been introduced. Sellers are doing less and less to demonstrate that their cars are well-maintained or in good mechanical condition. Things like rev reports or unaddressed mechanical issues appear to be rampant, and now BAT is raising the top end of the fee structure.

Look up Superb Motors in New York…entire host of sketchy activity. I think same owners as Team Direct Auto. To your point…ownership blames another investor.

If they could be spiteful on separate weekends, that'd be great. 😂

I'm interested in more information on the Ashmore fraud,is there another video with more details that I've missed? I understand it's and uncomfortable subject and Ed is super pc when it comes to protecting the Vinwiki brand but is there more details somewhere?

You and Doug DeMuro should debate the EV topic. He thinks the Chinese are getting ahead of us and will dominate the world EV market while we play catch-up much like we misunderstood the small fuel efficient car market in the 70s and got our asses handed to us by the Japanese.

Regarding the cars sold with the previous owner's finance on them - I mean HOW? Even if the (fraudulent) seller didn't offer one of those certificates showing the mileage was genuine/any accident history/details of any outstanding finance - well at the very least, the customer (the person buying) should have double checked and EVEN if he didnt, you said the customer financed his purchase so SURELY the Bank would have checked and presumably been able to see the outstanding lien still on the vehicle? Perhaps it just works differently in the UK, but that sounds unfathomable....
