That engine has issues with the fuel filter. I had the same bad start problem. On the fuel filter there is a "termo valve" that cracks and allows air to enter the fuel intake. Make sure there is no air on the fuel intake. Those engines have no low pressure pump in the trunk. Also what was the injector deviation? How did you take the decision to clean the injectors?
