I literally done this job on Saturday, the same passenger side. I ordered the aftermarket ebay regulator - it seems decent enough so far! Not bad for £18.

it should locate into a certain spot, I can't quite remember without seeing it infant of me

You might find a repair kit , they used to be available for the older regs.. the are awkward to fit though!
