They are pretty much the same cars. The main difference between a5 and s5 is that, These german manufacturers offer a faster and more powerful variant of their normal car, as in this case the a5. Think of the a5 as the base model, The S5 is a more powerful version and the RS5 is the most powerful version of the base model, A5. Audi offers 3 “levels” of power, you can say. The A series, The S series then the RS series.

Saw one grey color A5 the other day, it's just beautiful and aggressive. It's definitely a wise choice between A4 and A6. But it looks like Audi india has discontinued this model already, hasn't it?

Tesla Model 3 kills both these fossils with full level 5 Selfdriving, sportier drive, and it's Electric. Much cleaner on outside and on the inside. Such as the long hidden airvent is much nicer than that ugly upfront airvent dash in the Audi. Also more room and panoramic roof in the Model 3. More storage too.
