The proverbial PhD level advanced Car features presentation, wow. The clearest explanation of 2019 Audi A6 options available, better than any that I have received from any Audi salesman in Canada, where we are limited to the 3.0 V6 engine and Progressiv and Technic versions.The newer model feels a little less sporty and has a quieter and more controlled ride than a 2018 Audi A6 which I also own, overall a great cars improved...

What a detailed in-depth review. I got a C8 40Tdi S-Line Avant in December and love it. Had 2 C7 2.0Tdi saloons beforehand. Yes not as good MPG for the new model, but I'm still running in so will hopefully loosen up. Far more refined and dynamic than the C7 though and I love the new MMI touch system.

Great review! In the US, the adaptive suspension is only available in Prestige trim. I wonder how the sport suspension would do with standard springs. OMG how can you speak for 1 hour without any verbal mistakes!

This car has so much potential but there are a few things that limit it. Lack of some standard features are surprising (memory seats), front wheel drive at this price should absolutely not be the case, and going back to options, you really have to spec it up to make it nice. That extra cost doesn't need to be spent on it's competitors

Is the Quattro on the new A6 permanent all wheel drive or is it on demand Quattro?

Over here in the US the A6 in my garage is considered mid-sized, the A8 is full sized. To me any Audi that is not Quattro is not an Audi! I would never consider FWD or diesel. The 3 liter supercharged 330 hp petrol is the only way to go!

The Scoda is identical to the VW Passat on the cross platform. The A6 is based on the Audi's own longitudinal platform. Apart from the 2-liter base engine, there are hardly any similarities

Amazing review. Amazing detail. Just too many unnecessary and repeat words and quite a lot of repetition of focus area.droppable to 30mins and it's awesome. No chance of missing anything though. But.never ever refer to those fake chrome rear atrocities as "rear tailpipes etc. They're not tail pipes. There is no pipage going on. They're not exhausts. Nothing is being exhausted out from them. They are crap decoration. I'm surprised buyers don't cut the plastic out with a jigsaw.

this generation of tech advances the thought that THIS car is NOT yours! You are just to shut up, pay for it and let it tell you what the CAR thinks - turning the car on and off, "coasting" and kindly "offering" to drive your car without your input....Brave New World! And don't even think of DIY - just take it to the dealership/technicians and PAY again!

And one more thing is about Audi 7speed transmission which they put on 2012 A6 , Mechatronic broke on many many Thousand cars . AUDI did not take care of their costumers , I have for many years transmission problem and audi refusing to fix it .
