Audi A6 3.0T Forged Carbon Fiber Spoiler + Supercharger Whine

In this video I install a custom forged carbon fiber trunk spoiler I had made and also remove the factory airbox and install a velocity stack & take the A6 out for some runs and supercharger whine.

I recommend the IE . It'll keep all that engine heat out. Right now it's a hot air intake lol!!! I also had custom Outwrwears made my IE air filters got rusty in the winter from salt and moisture from the roads.

Surprisingly when I stop and put my hands on the filter it's cold. I just got a spare airbox to modify though.

Loving the look of her man. Just picked up a 2016 a6 prestige a few weeks ago after having a 2005 3.2 a6 and it’s been a dream, but just started getting smells of coolant every now and then. Ever had issues with that after pushing the limits/ long runs? I keep reading about a “self-burping” system that sometimes lets the smell out, no overheating or visible leaks though 😩

No I haven't seen that. I know the intercoolers in the supercharger leaking can be an issue. You can do a pressure test on the system though to see if there are any leaks.

@@cmidas3396 I had an appointment scheduled for earlier this morning and just got the preliminary update, no leaks or anything that the mechanic could spot. Said it could be the previous mechanic who may have spilled a little when topping her off and that’s what it could be that I’m smelling, I’ll probably stop flooring it every time at a light too for some extra peace of mind lmao 😭😂

When this 3.0 is in the A8, there is a support beam that "fits into" the indent in the stock air box.

I can't find the seller now but if you ask around in ebay you should be able to find one of the sellers who makes these that will make you one in forged carbon fiber.

Unfortunately. ebay deletss old purchase information so I cant check. What you can do is what I did and ask sellers of the regular carbon fiber spoiler if they can make it in forged carbon fiber.

Stock rear mufflers, deleted middle muffler, IE non resonated downpipes & testpipes.

The part number for the magnaflow 11385 for the 2.25 inch and the 11386 for the 2.50 inch

@@cmidas3396 I'm 99% sure it is since that's what most people use im currently running test pipes to jhmotorsports non resonated downpipes then I replaced the center muffler with the magnaflow xpipe (11385) and from there it's to the factory mufflers. But I'm thinking about replacing the factory mufflers with a set of spintech mufflers or with a set of vibrant ultra quiet resonators. And I'll probably sell my downpipes and get a set of resonated downpipes
