Oh they will completely replace ICE for all practical purposes and sooner than you think. Cost of ownership will win the day, always does.

Great review Nobby, it'll be interesting to see what Bob Flavin makes of it as I'm going to watch it next. I doubt if I'll ever own one and despite the car that it is and my previous debates over range it's not bad for what it is. I think I'd go with the 19's if I was buying one as the 21's will be like rubber band tyres though like I said it's very unlikely I will as I'm not that well healed. Fabulous looking car and a great insight into the future for no doubt some of the technology will filter down to cheaper cars eventually.

Nice review! Is this car equiped with the Bang & Olufsen sound system? I see there is some extra space in the trunk and just wondering if the B&O sound system will eat into that extra space.

This didn’t have B&O but is an option. The sub may make that boot even smaller alright.

Great review as usual, I don't expect anything less from you Mark. Tell me, is it just yourself running the channel? Nice editing skills. What did you do before you started car reviews? This car has a hatch like design at the back, you'd then think the boot would open like a hatch but it doesn't. Costs as much as a small house lol.

Does the charge port have a power open option like the Taycan? Did you happen to notice the front center arm rest I’ve heard it’s pretty much nonexistent.

Push required for the port. Armrest doesn't rise up like most Audi models but in terms of width, found it ok. Should be able to see it a little here kzbin.info/www/bejne/qmfHo6Fqhayhp6M

I enjoy your reviews I bought a Kia stinger based on your review .. its a diesel, mind ya i Mapped it and put 4 pipes plus the 19 wheels from the 3.3 petrol & then an electronic exhaust to make it sound like an exotic 😌

Porsche garages aren’t around Ireland though. Audi garages are everywhere do if you have a problem not far to go so that could be a dealbreaker

102 K Base, as optioned probably around 110-115 K, it doesnt seem highly specified.

This one had upgraded wheels, air suspension, there could be a few other bits but nothing major so close-ish to the 102k.

Model 3 Performance, $56K with EPA Range 500+km, 0-60 = 3.1s. Audi RS E-tron GT, $139K with WLTP Range 455km, 0-60 = 3.3s Only thing Audi is better maybe looks luxurious? It looks amazing, but pay $90K more?

Tesla model S is the more practical EV, hatch back and 3 people fit in the rear plus they have their own screen back there. Also a 2018 75D model S does 0-100 kph in 4.4 seconds and that's not even a performance model.
