Good review. I’ve tried all 3 of the MEB platform cars and prefer the Audi tbh. The Enyaq definitely has more space but I found it had a more jiggly ride and didn’t like the infotainment at all. Same goes for the ID4 - it doesn’t feel like a 40k car inside. The Audi is the best compromise between them and on my company scheme is cheaper than the Enyaq so I’n going to order one.

All valid points. The Audi feels really solid although it is clearly BIG (but they all are). It's the best quality MEB you can buy, and MEB is a solid platform, so a win if you can get a deal on it.

I think at least in the US, the direct competitors and cross shopping will be the Q4 50 AWD vs. Volvo XC40 Recharge, fully loaded in the US they are within $1K US

The XC40 is faster, the Q4 50 has more range and a big more space.

It's hard to tell at this stage - it's a brand new car. There have been some software issues with the MEB platform but a lot of those have been ironed out before this car was released.

Well I’m just about to order one as I really don’t like the touch only controls in the ID4 or Enyaq (I’ve driven all 3).The Q4 is actually cheaper on my company scheme too so it’s a bit of a no brainier for me.

@@theyruinedyoutubeagain - we considered either the Model 3 or the id3 purely for the space available with modern clutter-free interiors; six months later we’ve no regrets having the VW. I don’t need to be surrounded by a flight deck!
