Before I buy I’ve noticed on my Audi Q5 where the hazard button is I have an passenger air bag button below it will the effect the new fascia and the wiring behind. Thank you

Hey, I followed your videos to do the headunit and reverse camera. All is awesome but there is a static noise when no music is playing and the microphone is now so bad, ppl can’t hear me on hands free anymore. Any ideas? 🙏🏼🙏🏼

First of all, I really love your videos. I've just installed the same setup in a 2011 Audi Q5. It's a UK car running the Audi multimedia with the AMI in the glove box. I've installed everything correctly, and the screen comes on and works fine. The Jog wheel seems to be also working but I've got two issues, no sound at all and when in the cars MMI menu, I can't see anything as everything is super enlarged but fine in carplay mode. I've connected the AMI cable correctly to the output on the harness, I've checked to make sure I'm in aux mode, which I can see I am, and I've checked the canbus protocols to make sure the correct car has been selected. I've fitted a few with no issues whatsoever. I can't work out of its bad hardware, or the wiring harness has been pinned incorrectly. I'd really appreciate your opinion??

the only thing i dont see is what to do with the passenger airbag button that is just below the original 4 way flashers button. the car you are demonstrating on doesn't have one. my 2010 q5 had it and now my 2016 sq5 has it. so maybe its a north american market thing?

I've tried fitting this to my Q5 am I right in thinking that the sound should be hardwired or do I need to connect the AUX to the AUX port in my armrest/centre console. I don't have AMI but I do have the Multimedia Head unit. Can anyone help?

@@Jamesgdray I did my AMI in the glovebox was shot. Replaced it and all good to go. Now just have to figure out how to change the clock as the setting is blacked out lol. Not nearly as big a deal
