Thanks very much for the kind feedback, glad you enjoyed it. In the end I just tightened them up by hand (I.e. tight but not crazy tight) and that seemed to do the trick. The spec is likely out there somewhere but I don't actually remember what it is now. Sorry I can't be of more help on that.
