No, you need a special device.

You can reset oil change intervals in the onboard computer but the service interval needs to be reset with audi vcds.

This was not helpful! You should site the year of the vehicle you are working on. My oil filter is a 36mm not a32mm. Also - with your limited view of the oil plug, one could easily drain the transmission fluid instead of the oil.

It's a 07-15 Audi Q7 TDI. They're all the same ya derp. The gasoline engine is different.
