Don't forget the ongoing fuel costs. The RSQ8 will cost about 4x as much to fuel up per month than the electric Q8. Plus with electric, you'll never have to visit another gas station again unless going on a road trip. How do I know? I have a thirsty Cayenne GTS V8 which is basically the same engine, and I'm sick of the fuel costs, going with an e-tron GT.

Really ..Who gives a shit about going to gas station ....I have a Cayenne turbo and I am not complaining about gas prices...You go ahead and get a Electric vehicle ....just boring just like that E Tron....I'll stick with my twin turbo V-8

Great great comparison. In this boat right now ie: 2024 SQ8 e-tron vs 2024 Q8 (gas) - my hold up is the ride height and cargo. We saw the SQ8 e-tron this weekend and 2nd row space was not at issue, and the cargo was better than I expected. There was no Q8 at the dealer that day. How much higher do you feel you were sitting in the RSQ8? I wonder if the air suspension on highest on the SQ8 e-tron could get the ride height closer. Sorry for the year late question, lol.

I don’t have the etron S model, I have the Etron and honestly it feels fast and it definitely gets attention from other drivers, I honestly wish that for the price that it was faster and also that it gets better range as it only gets around 210 miles per charge and that is with it open to charge 100%. For the price of 85k you would expect a little more as you could get a used Tesla that has more performance.

I agree with you that it should have a higher range for the price, but having owned a Tesla Model Y, while it may have a better range and be quicker, it’s worse in every other measurable way. It is not even close luxury, quality, comfort (particularly on bumpy roads), our features wise to the e-tron. I prefer the Audi by a country mile. It probably helps that i got it 2nd hands and paíd under $60k. But still, no comparison.

Yeah, they've been doing that on most audis as of late, it at least feels like glass but it seems to be the direction audi wants to go😰

The RSQ8 is much better. Most EVs are just half-assed projects. We have to wait for the next generation q8 e-tron in 2026 to really see what an EV platform can do.

Etron easily wins. The RS Q8 is a gas pig and will break down a lot.
