I have a 21 RS5 Sportback, stage 1 (93) ECU tune with 034 and stage 2 TCU, cold air intake. I did a few test runs and my best time was 3.3 to 60 and 11.56 @ 121mph 1/4 mile. 0-130 was like 13.5 seconds. Pretty sure I can get better numbers than that though. I was considering E85, but my town only has one station with it.

On E85 you gain a lot more top end then you do 0-60.

How do you like the 034 tcu stage 2 compared to stage 1? I saw your video of it being faster 0-60! Just curious, did you consider APR or IE? Why did you land on 034? I want to tune my RS5 in March and I am leaning toward 034 stage 1 on 91.

Hi @kayjay8134 . Thanks for watching the vid! I've only got about 100 miles on the Stage 2 TCU tune so far, and my initial feedback is that it is excellent. There are notable improvements in overall drivability and acceleration as you saw, so it gets a big thumbs up from me. I chose 034 based on their reputation in the community, and recommendation from a few friends. I watched a lot of their tech talks on KZbin and really liked what they had to say. Also appreciated their focus on engine safety. Regarding APR and IE, they make excellent products. I looked at both closely before making my decision, and it came down to IE and 034. IE claims to make more power on 91, but I've been very satisfied with my decision so far. Happy tuning, and enjoy that RS5!

Hey man, dahu70 here. First, nice car! I see those monster Audi's every day. Retire Army living in Germany. I drive what's called a Seat Leon Cupra 300. Basically some 25 years ago Volkswagen bought out the Spanish auto maker called SEAT. Turned them in an evil step-cousin of the VW Golf R, with Audi jumping in on the ext/interior design. My 2.0 tfsi 310 hp 4cyl hot hatch tells me only use 98 octane. Here you are driving a bigger engine running 85 octane. How is that possible? I thought higher ethanol wasn't good for a meaty engine?

Hi dahu70! First and foremost, thank you for your service! I'm semi familiar with the Cupra, looks like a super fun car! In this video we are running on E85, and the 'E' stands for Ethanol, which is different than normal Petrol. E85 has an octane rating of 100-105 on average and is a high-level combination of blended ethanol and gasoline. E85 has a faster ignition time and flame propagation when compared to petrol. This leads to higher cylinder pressure, as well as increased engine torque and power.. The increased exhaust gas flow allows turbos to spool quicker. I hope this answers your question.

Hello! The A6 C7 platform requires more extensive modification to run e85. Depending on which engine you have, there are 91 octane and E40 tuning options available from 034Motorsport and others can utilize the factory fuel system. Thanks for watching 😎

Omg 🫠 u need to brake boost until boost reaches max and then let off the brake. My 2021 RS5 did a 0-60 in 3.43 stock that way 😉

3.43 stock?! I’m definitely doing it wrong lol! Thanks for the tip, I’ll try that. People were saying to launch before it hit max, so that’s what I’ve been doing. Ran a 3.4 yesterday on the stage 2 TCU tune, just posted a short of that run, but I was launching at about 80% boost.

What tune are you on? I just upgraded to Stg 2 TCU and ran a 3.32. Once I do the HPFP upgrade hopefully should run 2.9-3.1. 😎
