Audi RS5: The Final Hurrah to Audi V8's! Full Review

The 2015 Audi RS5 came with a mean sounding naturally aspirated V8 which was the last aspirated V8. The 4.2L engine is something so much better than the current V6 turbos and lets not forget the timeless exterior that design team come.

some people have said that it handles like a boat. is this untrue? was the main reason i didnt look into it any further. tossing up between this or a 2018 rs3. thanks!

Handles like a boat is faaaarrrr from true. You can throw this car into a corner and she'll perform. The rs3 is cool too we actually reviewed it on out channel. If I'm being honest we'd pick the V8 RS5 over the 2018 RS3 we tested.

​​@@MachineDaddy As much as I love the look of the Rs5 and that v8 rumble, I'd rather buy the rs3. It's smal, nimble, lighter and handles beautifully. Not to mention that 5cyl engine and the sound, its beautiful. Plus, I think there's a lot more tuning options and cosmetic accessories in the Rs3 than the Rs5. You can easily make the RS3 much faster than the RS5. Beautiful car, the RS5 is, but I'd take the RS3. Especially since I now drive an S3 with stage 1 and know how they feel and handle, and can only imagine that RS3 with that powerful 5 cylinder and glorious sound that it makes.

​@@MachineDaddyyes the rs3 will handle better but with aftermarket mods (ohlins road and track suspension)the rs5/s5/rs4 handle superbly 😊
