A couple little things I'd recommend to improve this: 1. Lubricating gaskets prior to installing them can help prevent damage because it becomes easier to install them. 2. I would do one step at a time. There were several points where you would go and start something else. Replacing the air filter? Finish reinstalling said air filter before moving onto the next task. 3. I would leave the belly pan off until you can start the vehicle and build oil pressure prior to reinstalling and sending it on its way. Even gaskets installed correctly can have pinhole leaks. 4. I would not spray degreaser INTO the oil filter housing. I'm sure you wiped it all up but for the negligible benefit of doing that, there is still a small risk of contamination. However, I have started spraying degreaser onto my drain plug after reinstallation. It is a very good idea. I enjoyed the video. I look forward to seeing more.

How about telling us/showing us what all those additives are that you are putting into various parts of the car and what will they do?
@tobiask.35253 жыл бұрын
The first one into the oil section is just a oil flush, he started the motor after so it cleans the motor, he then releases it, so the parts inside get flushed out with the oil. The additive into the petrol tank is probably just petrol additive, adds some octane like fueling your car up with premium petrol like 98/102 octane. It can run your car a bit better and smoothly than normal 95
@TheMpanistas3 жыл бұрын
The first one is Protec Engine Flush, which flushes the entire motor and removes all carbon built up and residues, the red one is Protec Fuel Line Cleaner which cleans the entire fuel system from the back till the injectors and the combustion chamber and the last one is Protec Nanoengine Protect and Seal, creates a highly active nano-barrier in the oil, which protects all internal surfaces in engines and assemblies. Everyone who respects his property should act like this, if not in every service, at least once every second service.

Jefke and fools Shut up. Compared to a Ford main dealer here in the UK this is world class. At Dagenham Ford they send you away for the day wash your car then charge you for oil, filters, plugs none of which where changed and of course advise you of hundreds if not thousands of ££ worth of additional work required that they have apparently spotted while doing fucking nothing. Main dealers and the car maintenance industry on the whole are fraudulent. Unless you stand directly over your car while it's being worked on (annual service specific) then you can bet your arse NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE other than a top up of fulids regardless when the itemized bill says.

Being VAG trained Vag accredited he instantly suggested that air filter had never been changed since the car left the factory REGARDLESS of the 3 main DEALER stamps in the cars service book. DO NOT talk to me unless you are serious and factual, I have lived this and know many other people who have been through similar with independents and main dealers alike.
