Audi RS6 Performance: The most powerful ICE Audi EVER built!

You read that title right...the RS6 and RS7 performance is the most powerful ICE Audi ever made. These vehicles now take the top spot as the R8 has been replaced and these cars do not disappoint. In this video we go over the changes from the non performance to the new performance model. We also get a little throwback to one of the original 4.0L V8 twin turbo cars.

Hi Emily, this was yet another amazing video. It’s always a great day when you post a video. I actually test drove an S3 last month, and it was such an amazing car. Having owned a Volvo and driven a BMW X1 recently, I was truly impressed by the ride quality and performance of the S3, and I personally think that Audi makes the best luxury cars in its price range. I dream of owning an RS7 or R8 someday, and I can only imagine how luxurious and fast they would be if the S3 (one of the entry level Audi models) itself is so amazing. 😍❤️👌👌

Hi Emily, amazing video and descriptions of certain aspects of the car that no one else talks about! I recently just took delivery of a Glacier White RS6 Performance with Cognac interior myself in the states and it’s my first Audi coming from a BMW. I have a few questions in regards to certain aspects of the car that I am unable to figure out. 1. Does the car come standard with hands-free tailgate? I keep attempting to kick underneath the trunk and am unable to get it to work. 2. Is there anyway to keep the doors locked after finishing a drive? I am unable to find any settings to keep it from automatically unlocking. 3. How do I know if the cylinder deactivation is working? I have not noticed any visual cues that let me know I am running in 4-cylinder mode. I have only been using comfort mode mostly since I am still breaking in the car. Thank you and appreciate your help!

I do have some answers for you. 1) In the US Audi has removed the kick to open/close feature for all non SUVs (unfortunately this includes wagons and sportbacks) 2) Once you put the vehicle in park it will default to unlocked. I checked some other cars and I don't see any other place to change the default. But check in your central locking settings just to be sure as I do not have a new RS6 to check with at the moment. 3) Audi does not have a notification for the cyl deactivation. It would give you an error or check engine light if it was not working.

@@emilytheaudinerd RS6 were always pretty poor choice for the track because they are front heavy and stock brakes are too weak. But for Boneville Salt lake should be ok ;)
