How do you make an already epic Audi RS7 even more epic? You make it louder! We installed a cat-back non-res Milltek system on my friend Mike's RS7 and now it sounds evil! There will be many more videos of this car coming!

For whoever sees this and considers Milltek as an option on their 4.0T based platform, I just installed mine last month. The valves make a tractor tilling sound on decel around 2K rpms that would drive some crazy. The valve flap on the right has a mind of it's own. On comfort or dynamic the valves do not respond half of the time. The exhaust was looked at by two different shops and one told me to just warranty the system with Millktek. It's been two weeks and I have no recieved a response. Pretty unfortunate for a $2800+ exhaust. To be fair though, it does sound good, when it does what it's supposed to do. Pretty sad that I'm sticking a screwdriver to force the flap open just to show what the exhaust sounds like to my car friends. Also my car has 6600 miles on it. The actuators and sensors worked perfectly on the OEM system before removal.

You can hear that tractor trailer flap ticking sound at about 4:06 when the car was started. Imagine hearing that every single time your slowing down or off the gas at around 2-3k RPMs. It's pretty loud too.

@@CasparRiggs Sold the car and the exhaust not too long after. It was a sweet setup when it worked. I would go another route if your considering it. If you do choose the miltek, definitely get the non resonated version. Even having the non res, these cars are quick to 120 and at those speeds you can barely hear the exhaust unless your going through a tunnel

didnt see a flexijoint anywhere there, milltek exhausts are prone to craking at the welds, so I would keep that in mind.
