Audi S etron GT - Is it still the best GT car you can buy?

Great review. Glad I found your channel as I needed an actual in-depth review of the 25 model. I currently have the 24 RS etron GT (fully spec'd) and I LOVE the car. I was wondering what the main differences were with the new model. It seems as though the new S model is the old RS model, but without the aggressive exterior styling (which seems to be reserved for the Performance version). I would love to get into the Performance 25 model, but here in the States, we're not getting many and I'm sure the lease numbers would not be as appealing as the 24's were.

great review. £107k for the standard edition is ridiculous however. the resale value on these is going to be appalling & Im sure we will find a bargain once its 4 years old!

Great review as usual, surely with the new A6 avant e tron, they're not going to bother with an avant version of the gt...agree the interior is not much better than my bog standard E tron, which at this price point is poor and not 'special'. Keep up the great work 👍

Good detailed review. Two year old ones are more my budget. What puts me off is the boot. 350 litre is less thsn a Golf. A GT car should have at least 500 litres. I should remember, while you can get a used one for the price of a new Skoda Enyaq, it won't have the same running costs.

The older car has a bigger boot, over 400 litres. I can get 4 suitcases in the old car plus room for more.

its my favourite ev car reminds me of years ago when vw released the passat cc , i had one and the amout of people that came over and asked what is it and i would say its a passat . mine was white with those conyac seats in it ............ the next car is the arteon that i nearly bought but ended up with skoda superb 280 sportline plus , maybe whe i trade my skoda enyaq coupe vrs in i will be looking at one .............. its a class act .

I sooo don’t understand these stupid touch buttons on the steering wheel. It’s such a stupid idea from car makers - basically even worse than fake exhausts or the oversized screens in the middle of the interior. Simply terrible.

I'm glad we're praising physical buttons and not letting up on the silly capacitive ones - its easy toget compalcent and say " its just the way it is" - buttruly these manufacturers need to be told we don't want them

Like almost any car...my Passat GTE was 70k€ in 2020...now after 4years and 57k km, it is at 18k€ for a Trade in...72% lost. A car is the easiest possibility to burn money.

I think a bit more of that tan leather should be applied to the dash and centre console for the exorbitant price. That would break up the sea of grey and black, probably making the interior look more premium and modern?

I'd love black shiny plastic in a $20K econobox but not in a $120k Audi. But that's just me, I noticed that BMW iX now offers black shiny plastic in place of the wood.
