@@TomyyY90 Also, just like Clarkson said about the Jaaaaag diesel on the Nürburgring, there is power, but it's only 3k rpm's worth, then you change gear, 3k rpm's, change gear. I had 2008 3ltr A6 and did love it, but now I have a car with a 3.3ltr V6, it's absolutely the way to go for barn storming autobahn storming. Diesels are getting better and better, but they are also being crippled with emission rules. But no matter how good they can be, an Audi S model should NEVER have an oil burner to power it. What an atrocious choice. The RS is the ultimate, but Audi cannot say, "well if you want a petrol powerhouse car", but then price out of most peoples pockets.

I swear i never go faster than 130km/h in my company's audi a6 30tdi. It doesn't give me safe feel. I don't have fate in it knowing that it has 55% parts share with the actual VW Passat or Skoda Superb. Those cars aren't made like Merc and Bmw, Audi main goal is to impress you with look, not the driving dynamics and everything else under the bonnet. Price same as Mercedes but same thing in Skoda costs 300% less. So is this a biggest automotive scam ever?Now Audi fanboys will attack me but it's true. And cr*ap like Audi is more reliable than Merc and BMW bla bla yeah Audi got 'realible car' status on one single engine 2.0 tdi which later on is found to be emission fraud. BMW has over 40+ engines available in all their series. Of course some of them will not be realiable and get a bad name. Mercedes too. So when i see Audi driver on street i know that person either doesn't know anything about cars or it is hard core Audi fanboy, there is no middle.

Swap in sq7 4.0 biturbo motor in, then ill consider it. OR tune the 3.0tdi with Dark side motors upgraded 3.0tdi turbo to punch it to 500+hp and stupid amounts of torque. Until then, gas s6 is better.

@@lupix2798 know your Audis Lupix. The SQ7 has a 4.0 biturbo TDI. This engine in the S6 would be "more appealing". Secondly if you want to keep the S6 3.0 TDI then go to darkside motor works in the UK and have them upgrade the turbo with their 3.0TDI upgrade plan (500hp+). Like I said in the last part of the sentence the gas 3.0 V6 (hot V) makes more sense as it "is the better" S6.

That S6 is a disappointment... a lot slower than the previous s6 model with 450 hp and 0-60 in 4.4 or less and had real exhaust tips and last but not least a twin turbo V8 a real engine. Whoever was involved in giving the Green light to call this current S6, an S6 should be fired... this should have just been called an Audi A6 Competition instead
