Can you show how to change the other part (key) ?

my chip board is stuck in with brass solder I think. I can't release it. I try ed screw driver underneath like you but not working any ideas

Did you manage to find an answer. Mine to seems to be held in with two brass prongs that won't shift and I don't want to damage the board.

@@duvet1977 yeah I ended up using snips and cutting the whole plastic away so the scary part is that you know that you won't have a working key at the end of it. But I don't it and then used a hacksaw blade to cut the brass pins in half then replaced the the chip to the new key plastic and then built it up again
