No wonder you blurred out the speedo, ....boy racer😁. Gotta agree with you cars of this era were just right with the tech on them. The amount of unnecessary tech which I end up knocking of the car I have, before I even set off is a pain in the backside. Great review mate, nice one.👍

It was a toss up between this and an x5 for me. I ended up getting an 07 x5 3.0sd. Over the moon with it.

never been keen on audis to be honest..had a shot of a s3 and its the worst car ive driven bought the type r over it the s3 was even worse than the golf r32 i owned

Until it needs new injectors £1000 each plus vat x6 😂 there always in the workshop these 3.0 tdi’s same as the a6 they all come through with the same problem I work at vrs in Northampton

Is this just the case with the SQ5 from this era, because I been considering a standard Q5 petrol from this era. They are still quite pricey though, thinking maybe they are just ticking time bombs and might be better overall to get just something newer on finance

@@ASMR101I’m sure if you buy wisely ideally a nice standard clean example with good history with sensible mileage and keep a few quid back just in case it’s better than buying with finance. That’s generally what I do it works well for me.

A quick look online you can pick up SQ5 bosch oem Injectors for £250 each!

@ i seen a recent video from Calvin Car Diary’s where a mechanic was saying that there was a long wait on the part and he could only get them at the time for 1k each. Funnily enough I think the garage was VRS, where the original commenter here works.
