What is it like driving the car with the Hpfp and rs4 valve without a tune? I’m asking because I’m tempted by stage 2+ on my tts and didn’t know if you need a remap straight away? TIA, class vids matey and love the motor.

Hi yeah seems to be ok I'm sure on the vis website it states you don't need a remap

Did you wrap the fuel filler flap or did you manage to find one already like that? From eBay or something?

Good work Chris. I put on a DP and mapped mine stage 2 but he could only get 245hp out of it for some reason then it started misfiring and throwing a 'fuel rail pressure too low' code, so I had it put back to standard. Wondering if it may be the HPFP, although the forums say standard TFSI 200hp should handle it up to stage 2?

Thats not good mate I had more with a stage 1 but I did fit a new oem hpfp before I went

Definitely mate they are the best on the tfsi engines I had my stage 1 done with them on the car 4 years ago and 20k and its been spot on 👍🏻🔥🔥
