Honey, most of us can’t afford a naturopathic doctor. I would have gone to one a long time ago if they weren’t so expensive. Their fee is bad enough, but when they start doing tests, it can run thousands of dollars. I wish it was different! I think this is why people keep asking about “free” med beds. We need free healings.

I see an advanced nutritional practitioner. She charges $55 per visit plus any whole food supplements (not the chain store) but supplements from real foods. I try to go once a month to manage parasites, muscle cramps & sleep issues. Those flair up most frequently and usually from parasite. You can look up u.n.s. and call them for a prac near you. Most want to sell you a package with savings upfront to ensure your commitment, but you can just go w/o paying for the discounted package. Since I mentioned parasites, try getting a tincture, or whatever you find, for them and take until symptoms go away. They are behind the majority of dis. ease and ail.ments. Take charge and do what you can. Cut out all sugar. No grains, no nuts. Eat red meat, eggs, sardines. Drink filtered water (structured is even better).

Roll with the changes, REO Speedwagon, ha ha, love that song. Yes the energy is thick and just kinda sticky, went out in public yesterday so seemed kinda timeline warped to me. I recently got some natural bristle/bamboo toothbrushes since there is plastic in a lot of those other ones. Toothpaste is important too, I even have my own dental tools. I've been talking to my body and even specific things like bones, muscles, cells, blood, etc. and it replies back 🙂I had a cat who was acting sick on Sunday, took to the vet on Monday, got some antibiotics and by Friday nite, he told me goodbye so I knew he passed in the night. I took him to the vet to get the cremation people in. Still don't know what was going on with him but could have been cancer or anything else, nothing was showing up on the exterior and he didn't tell me anything was wrong either. I'm an animal communicator 🙂The more you increase your frequency/vibration your clairs will start activating and opening up. I've seen energy balls of animals before, had one talking to a dog who had cancer and was getting ready to pass. That energy ball is back in a cat with me now along with a former foster dog I had. I enjoy getting animals back who have lived with me before. Some of them have unfinished business and some just want to be back again. Don't be afraid to ask for help or even your own guides and teachers, all of us have to start learning to take care of ourselves. Kudos to all of us changing within to change the world without.
