Audience Organization Automations with Mailchimp Customer Journeys

Hi Marti, love your videos, very helpful! I might be making things more difficult than they need to be…I’ve used Mailchimp for a while but haven’t gotten too deep, and I’d like to make more use of the capabilities. What I’d like to do is create an automation that can gather stats from my latest campaign like, number of Opens, links clicked most often, etc. then create a tag for those people and send out an automated reminder email according to those tags-one that is different but reminds them that scheduled training dates are coming up. And then I'd like to “refresh” those tags, or manage them somehow so that I can distinguish activity between email campaigns--not sure what's best to do there.

Hi, I watched your video it was very helpful. But when I tried the same thing it didn't work. I set up a customer journey and all the emails but after activating, it says 0 recipients added. I have added the recipients in the custom segment. Could you please explain how to add the audience?
