Audio had to be pretty radically edited with filters to get rid of wind buffeting. Since this seems to be somewhat popular I will add a link to an alternate editing of this sound track if I ever complete it. Filmed in pine trees about 50 m above the sea, Pefkos Bay, Skiros Island, Greece

I love the sound of cicadas. I visited Greece a few years ago, and this is all I heard everyday. Although it was kind of loud, it was peaceful and brings back some great memories. Makes me want to go back. Such a beautiful and an amazing wildlife spectacle to witness too.

​@@proeuropean5703no because there are hundreds of different cicada spieces around the world and each with its own different sound. This of the video it's the mediterranean cicadas which is the same in all mediterranean places but not in the rest of the world.
