@ZekeBittersweet Joe is a foil to Etho in this respect. At first you think he's super weird but underneath all the performance art, he's like the most normal guy on the whole server, though I can't claim to know him.

You just described Canadians in general. Wonderful people, but somewhat odd once you get to know them. Must have something to do with being surrounded by wilderness, being buried under snow for large portions of the year and not seeing your neighbors for months on end. That kinda stuff makes socialization skills a bit wonky. ;P

Joe...I'm not sure your deal with Etho is legit. Technically you're selling stone and cobble to Etho, both of which you don't hold the permits for. You should just take what Etho offered you, let him figure out the math.

Supplier agreements are outside the purview of the permit office.

Writing "free shulker with bulk purchase" is not about clearing up confusion, it's about manipulating customer psychology into being favourable toward purchasing. Stating facts that should go without saying is a core feature of marketing/manipulation. As a bonus not only should it go without saying, but it's free stuff! Customers in general do not think logically when told they will receive something free.
