Hello, add the filter 'Normalise: Two Pass' to the videoclip with the audio on it, and see if that helps at all. Thats about the best you'll get within Shotcut. If you want to improve audio in post editing, I find it best to use Audacity, make the audio improvements there, then save it as an MP3, and drag the audio-only file into Shotcut. Its quite easy to align the new audio file and video footage. FYI: The ultimate solution for audio quality is to setup your equipment to prevent the bad audio in the fist place (use wind muffler, etc.) However, I know that isn't much help for your current scenario - but for future might be worth considering. Hi, there is no free music built into Shotcut that I'm aware of. If you want free audio you can try KZbin Studtio then the Audio tab. To put the audio into Shotcut, download it, then drag it into Shotcut, just like a video clip. Hope this helps a little!

Hey, it was a free sound effect on KZbin audio library. If you're looking for lots of sound effects Epidemic Sound are one of the best choices.

Hey, if you venture outside of the free KZbin audio library, to be on the safe side I'd use an online service, something like Storyblocks.com. Then if any videos have problems they will sort it out for you. The copyright issues regarding music are quite hard to sort individually.
