Pinapirma po ako ng PACTO DE RETRO SALE, at pude ko lang daw po maredeem yun 3 ektarya sa loob ng anim na buwan na may 7% interest po gada buwan, kapit po sa patalim, pero hindi ko po nakayang bayaran sa anim na buwan, ngayon po may pera na po ako pang-tubos sa ika pitong buwan, kasama ang interest po ng 7 buwan, ayaw na nila po tanggapin at rematado na raw po ang lupa. Hindi ko naman po alam na ganun yun kontrata po na yun, akala ko po sangla bawas pa yun 500k ng 10% ahente at 1%abogado . Puwede ko pa po ba mabawi po ang lupa? Paano po?
