This was pretty good. It would be nice for someone to put a video about ethics in contracts out there. I personally have seen attorneys ask older people who are not all there to sign legal documents that make changes to financials. At the time I was young, ignorant...unclear what the hell was happening. Looking back now it would be nice for this info to be available for people who need it. Reputable teachers preferable.

The fact the world is based on contracts. Everything u sign is a contract from a traffic ticket to casting a vote at the polls. It’s important to know this. This is how corporations get us caught and bind us. They say if we the people stop sign in these contracts it will break the system. We don’t want to break it. We just want to b free of tyranny by way of contracts.

Question: On the back of a credit/debit card it states; AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE NOT VALID UNLESS SIGNED. I recently obtained a new card and forgot to sign it. The question; Have the transactions made from this card been fraudulent, ( I haven't heard anything as of late ) is the cardholder legally bound? So I unwittingly entered contracts throughout my life due to non disclosure, no meeting of the minds, gave up rights for "privileges and benefits '( driver's license, vehicle registration, marriage license, business etc.) All those contracts are null and void, ab initio. How does one enforce that in court? An affidavit, which is on the private side of law, stating all the elements of the contract were not met? Null and void, no contract, no enforcement by the court? Hell, I had no clue I was entering into a contract with my wife and the fiction "STATE" when I signed that piece of paper. 🤔

Capacity is not an element of contract. Lack of capacity is certainly a viable affirmative defense, but it is nonetheless not an element because the burden of proving a lack of capacity is on the defendant and not part of the plaintiff's prima facie case.

I have real life proof that contracts can be offered and accepted without being spoken, or without it being in writing. I will not disclose this information, it will be made public at some point. Time is of utmost importance in this. It would be both unwise, and destructive to reveal this information at an inappropriate time.
