I am unable to get a sine wave for this Wein-bridge oscillator -- I am using NGSpice. I get only square waves.

In the final image, with the added on ( in blue) extension of the circuit, no values are given for the components, could you please advise as to what was chosen to be used, and advise as to why. Many thanks.

Yes, but the output signal is a square wave, not a sinusoid. Please try to connect the output to an oscilloscope… Do you know how to make an AGC in this case? I tried with diodes without success

That would be due to clipping. Voltage is out of range.

@@ILoveTinfoilHats My guess: that 12k resistor required for starting the oscillation makes a supraunitary gain, which will drive the oscillation's amplitude to infinity.

I mean.... from a point of view of a Thesis on electronics Eng it is ok. I know you are a docent since you start calculating stuff without telling its use or reason. Imagine you take piano clases and the teacher goes ok: " you do a DM7 nd then a G7 then you do a EM7 and then a A7 . DOnt forget to do the scale on the next octave too..... Left hand can go the double octave on the 1st tone or a single with the 5th......What the 7th letter of alpha is even talking about!!!!? The summary of this music thing is 1st Im playing jazz second we are trying to play a song called The Satin Doll. And Jazz basics Use a II V and the main note the I . So on a C you go Dm G and come back to C but this song uses just the II and V but jumps to the next note and the does the same II and V in that note so it is EM and A..... You docents think you get smarter by just begining themes on the middle or about the end and making S___p calculations without telling the Audience What T __7th__ are you doing and and why?..... You here calculate all the currensts and voltajes of this oscillator and for what? Will To then just variate a ressitance.... OMG. Just as my teacher they think by teaching a this they 'll Become the next Faraday or Maxwell.

After al those complicated mathematical calculations., he has built a square wave oscillator, it is clear from the sound coming from the speaker. If that is the outcome, then it is much simpler to build sqaure wave ocsillators with ic's like 555 timer. Even a simple two transistor astable oscillator will suffice for a project like this! Sorry for this👎
