Real talk lang. Marami kc sa music team/band di naman kagalingan tumugtog pero gusto dinig na dinig ung kanya, self centered people. Kaya very important na may disciplinary sessions ang bawat band and internalization ng ministry para ma remind bat ba sila tmutugtog. Mga tamad naman magensayo, hindi gumagaling pero lagi pabida sa tugtugan. Minsan nmn ung iba, kesyo mas magaling sa iba, gusto dinig na dinig ung instrument nya. This is a heart problem. Tutugtog for the glory of God daw, pero ang glory nakatuon tlga sa sarili. Sad reality, that was in my past. Presently, thank God and all the glory to Him dahil kahit papano teachable nmn na almost all members of the team, not always, but we're getting there by the help of the Holy Spirit.

After skills n mapatunog ng malinis instrument, ang mapatunog naman ng pantay sa banda ang sunod n pagaralan. Kapag sinasabihan ako ng worship leader dati na taasan volume ko, sinisenyasan ko lng sya na wala na itataas di ko lng masabi mataas kasi un ibang instrument. Mahirap ipaintindi kasi ito lalo pag nasa skills development pa mga kasama sa band. Kung matatagal na nagpapakiramdaman na kasi kaya maganda pakinggan.

Opinion ko lang po bilang isang gitarista din sa isang simbahan . yung kalakasan nang tunog nang instrument, oh specific instrument lalo na gitara, nagdedepende po yan sa level nang musician oh galing nang musician.. okay lang po yang divided ang tunog assigned every instrument kapag bawat isa kayang panindigan ang hawak nilang instrument. In my case po, kailangan ko po palakasin gitara ko para magtunog buhay ang banda, kasi hindi gaano kayang gampanan nang ibang instrument yung role nila.. kaya ko po nasasabing depende po yan sa level nang musicians

I'm happy to say our team is mature enough to not have a volume war praise God hehe. But ang pag EQ & balance ng frequencies is kulang pa rin, it would be nice to have a more in depth and detail discussion about frequencies pastor, iba talaga kapag pinoy kasi maka relate sa situation at especially na church setting pa, compared to yt tutorials

Sorry for this but, don't get me wrong po ah, I just heard the word "T8ng 8na" sa part ng 3:07 to 3:10 mins ng video na nagpapaliwanag po about sa loudness ng pagtugtog ng former guitarist nio raw po.. that's it lang naman po. I just shocked lang po or baka ka sound lang. but overall, thuis really helped po for me as a lead guitarist of our church. God bless MP WORSHIP TEAM!

Ciao po, paano naman po kung naka edrums ang worship team? Ang laki na po ng frequency na kinakain nya sa Pa system, nag suggest na po ako na mag acoustic drums para natural sound pero mukhang ayaw ng drummer namin hehe, capacity po ng church namin nas 50-60 katao, salamat po Godbless

cut po from 20-100 Hz din tapos sa module po ninyo i adjust niyo yung individual na volume ng each piece ng kit from kick to cymbals tapos aralin niyo din po proper gain staging ng per instruments tapos frequency spectrum distribution ng bawat instruments at vocals
